Whitney Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to records indexes, public rolls, and historical collections connected with Whitney and Clark County, Nevada. It neither hosts government records nor represents a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or information found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm a person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish site content
- Interfere with site availability or security
3. Consumer Reporting Status
We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. No material here or returned through a linked tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
4. Linked Resources
Government portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, results, pricing, content, or data practices.
5. No Warranty
The reference is provided as is and as available. We make no promise that a page, office detail, record description, link, or third-party result will be accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of the service or a linked resource.
7. Indemnity

11. Nevada Law
Nevada law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nevada Public Records Law, NRS Chapter 239, sets public-record access rules for governmental custodians; it does not change these private terms or override a confidentiality statute.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
